**Job Title:** Weekend Receptionist
**Location:** Birch Creek Assisted Living

**Role Overview:**
As our Weekend Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our seniors, their families, and visiting professionals. Your warm demeanor and excellent customer service skills will ensure everyone feels welcome and well-cared for.
**Schedule:**
You will work from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, two weekends a month.
**Key Responsibilities:**
In this role, you will be the first point of contact, answering phones and communicating residents' needs with the care staff. You will greet and assist residents and their family members, helping to resolve any concerns. Your duties will also include filing, maintaining records, and correcting time sheets. Additionally, you will handle any other tasks assigned by the administrator.
**Qualifications:**
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Google G Suite. You should be able to multitask effectively, work well as part of a team, and maintain a friendly attitude. A love for the elderly population and excellent time management skills are essential. You must be able to remain calm under pressure.

**Experience:**
While 1 year of receptionist experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow with us.
