Check out our parent company's website: are looking for a dependable Supervisor on our 3rd Shift 6pm-4:30am Sun-Wed or 8pm-6:30am Mon-Thurs to help oversee the smooth operations at our Hebron, KY warehouse. The Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for associates to provide guidance and training on departmental policies and procedures.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct consistent coaching and counseling meetings with employeesLead assigned personnel on shift to meet productivity and efficiency targetsConduct accuracy and quality audits by verifying product quantity and qualityComplete tasks as assigned and resolve day to day problemsTrain and cross-train new employees in various job functionsPerform and support all job requirements as directed by Operations ManagerAssist with daily huddle meetingsParticipate in weekly leadership meetingsManage the day-to-day operations of employeesDocument coaching and development conversationsPromote a positive work environment through excellent verbal communication, listening, and promoting company standardsEnsure the safety of all team members by teaching, promoting, and exemplifying safety guidelinesAvailability to work an occasional Saturday when needed within a rotation with other management staffOvertime during peak periodsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED3+ years people management experience, preferably in a warehouse environmentAccurate and detail orientedAbility to hold staff accountableWilling to take and follow directionsLeadership skillsOrganized, hardworking, dependable, and punctualProficient in Microsoft Excel/Google SheetsAbility to engage employees with a welcoming, positive, constructive approach in all circumstancesPhysical DemandsAble to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hoursAble to push/pull, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the headAbility to lift up to 50 lbsBenefitsMedical PPO and HSA with employer match plan optionsDental, Vision, STD, Supplemental Insurance plansCompany Paid LTD and Life Insurance401K match - Match $1.00 up to 3% / 0.50 cents 3.1% - 5%Potential for monthly team performance bonuses - up to $1.50/hr ($2.25/hr OT hours worked)3 weeks of PTO, accrued weeklyUnpaid Time Off if needed8 company paid holidaysPaid bereavementBiannual increases after 6 months of employmentStocked marketplace with meal & drink optionsProduct GiveawaysShift DetailsShift Days: Sunday night - Wednesday nightRegular Schedule: 6:00 pm - 4:30 amOvertime: Add 8-hour Thursday night shiftorShift Days: Monday night - Thursday nightRegular Schedule: 8:00 pm - 6:30 amOvertime: Add 8 hour Sunday night shiftPattern is an equal opportunity employer.
