**Qualifications and Responsibilities:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA license and/or Master’s in Taxation.
- 5-15+ years of public auditing experience, with a focus on tax services.
- Provide high-quality tax services to entrepreneurial businesses and individuals.
- Prepare and manage multiple tax engagements and projects.
- Demonstrate leadership, and mentoring skills, with proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement strategic tax solutions to effectively advise clients on tax impacts.
