Previous staffing sales and/or light industrial sales experience is a big plus. As a complete human capital service provider, we offer our clients contract, direct, payroll and consulting services to contribute to their bottom line. The successful candidate will be a strategic hunter, who can drive a value-building sales approach and quickly learn or speak the technical language of clients spanning construction, manufacturing, software, engineering, food science, and beyond.

Responsibilities

Account Executives are responsible for identifying, prospecting, connecting, and engaging new client contacts within prospective client organizations. Daily, AE’s can expect to make cold calls, set meetings, and run both in-person and phone/Zoom meetings to acquire new business. The ability to identify customer needs and determine the best solution to service their account is central to the role. Executives will be held to specific market KPIs, working closely with support and delivery personnel.

Success Criteria

  • MUST have a positive attitude, self-motivation, consistent work ethic, and determined-to-deliver mindset.
  • 1 to 6 years of staffing experience including direct Business Development experience; other industries may be considered
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to execute the full sales cycle; must be process driven in how one’s weekly schedule works
  • Comfortable with and/or already measured by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics
  • Experienced in cold calling, setting meetings, negotiating contracts, and nurturing long-term prospects
