Position Title: Account Manager, Scientific Professional Services
Job Classification : Full Time Salaried/Exempt + Commission
Position Summary: Plans and executes business development activity to add new accounts and grow existing business with target list of accounts and functional disciplines; responsible for achieving sales quota and account growth objectives for assigned accounts and functional disciplines; acts as customers’ and contract employees’ first point-of-contact for assigned accounts. Represents the full range of Kaztronix solutions to assigned customers and targeted prospects while identifying and facilitating cross-selling opportunities for Kaztronix business divisions.
Essential Functions:
- Initiates and executes high volume outreach, digital marketing tactics and methods to develop qualified sales leads and new prospects.
- Managed active sales funnel of qualified prospects through execution of cold calls, email marketing, social media, and mail campaigns.
- Attend and participate in industry and functional discipline specific networking events and trade shows.
- Regularly meet with prospects and customers via phone, video calls, in-person meetings, and social events including but not limited to breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, and trips.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers/buyers and other subject-matter-experts within targeted client organizations.
- Analyzes client organization – people, culture, infrastructure, policies, procedures, and processes – to aid in developing marketing strategies, solution development and service delivery plans for assigned clients.
- Designs staff augmentation and consulting solutions to ensure optimum execution of clients’ work plans, projects, and schedules.
- Consultatively sells solutions and service add-ons to targeted clients, keeping up to date on service offerings of Kaztronix.
- Assists in facilitation of recruiter training, on-going coaching, and talent development.
- Source, recruit and select qualified candidates to fulfill client orders.
- Develops new sales leads within targeted clients and with other prospective clients through networking, referrals, references, and other lead generation sources.
- May assist or draw up service or sales contracts.
- Travel to Kaztronix offices, client worksites and prospect locations is required.
- Assists with other business development and service delivery activities, as assigned.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the business operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possession of valid motor vehicle operator’s license, current and automobile insurance with adequate coverage: must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Zero - two years of sales and/or account management experience in the staffing industry
- Ambitious, motivated, and competitive spirit highly desired
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and persuasion skills
- Professional image with strong leadership qualities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
