We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated tax professional to join our client’s team!
In this role, you’ll handle federal and multi-state corporate income tax filings, including consolidations and unitary returns. You’ll manage fixed asset software, calculate depreciation, prepare tangible property tax returns, and handle extensions and estimated payments. You’ll also respond to federal and state tax notices, assist with income tax provisions (ASC 740/FAS 109), and support tax research and departmental operations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA a plus) and 3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax. You should have strong skills in corporate tax return prep, fixed asset management, and tax software (OneSource, Checkpoint). Insurance tax experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude are key to success in this role.
