Required Skills: Bachelor's degree, or postgraduate degree, in engineering, computer science, or related field Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE). The certification must be issued by Red Hat. It may be current or non-current, provided the certification ID is supplied and valid for the proposed resource. Ten (10) or more years of experience as a Red Hat system administrator. Ten (10) or more years of experience administering Unix (AIX) IBM pSeries systems. Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in the IT field. Experience working in complex networked system environments with strong networking skills. Experience administering systems including, but not limited to, Oracle WebLogic Servers, Oracle Database Servers, Progress 4GL/Database Servers/OpenEdge, Apache Web Servers, vSphere hosted RHEL Servers, Rubrik backup systems, Oracle Database backups, PeopleSoft, Mobius, Elastic Search, Oracle OBI, CVS. Red Hat performance tuning, load balancing, partitioning, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery. Experience working in environments requiring 24/7 system availability. Knowledge of Red Hat support and electronic imaging support. Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, interface with users and helpdesk, and provide backup/recovery and networking methodologies. Knowledge of Red Hat administration including configuration and tuning.
