Senior Graphic Designer (San Francisco, CA) Join to apply for the Senior Graphic Designer (San Francisco, CA) role at The Mom Project . Our client is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, nearly 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites, and the company continues to grow. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer on a contract basis who excels at innovative, out-of-the-box thinking with comprehensive experience across all elements of graphic design for fashion retail. This senior designer will work with the in-house creative team and potentially collaborate with external freelance creative talent. Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrated experience in fashion retail graphic design across multiple channels (in-store, digital, social, print, packaging) Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative, boundary-pushing design work across various retail touchpoints Advanced technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions Experience leading design projects across multiple channels Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh perspectives and elevating the brand Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels Deep understanding of fashion retail and how design influences customer behavior across touchpoints Ability to identify efficiencies in the design process Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional partners (merchandising, marketing, store operations) Knowledge of current design trends in fashion retail and ability to apply them appropriately We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
