The Opportunity + Role:
H+M is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team of professionals who seek to enable our clients to say the right thing to and engage with the right audiences in the right ways via the right mix of public relations channels in order to achieve the best, most optimal results. The individual who steps into this role should be a seasoned public relations professional with expertise in English and Spanish-language media outreach, as well as leading multiple projects, having played a similar role at a public relations agency. Additionally, as a valued member of the agency team, it will be advantageous to the individual if they have strong experience in strategic planning; ideation and execution; team mentorship and guidance; client relations and counsel; press material development and editing; media relations and storytelling; event planning and execution; and more.
At the onset of employment, this individual will lead and help support project and campaign activities for several of the agency’s retail and innovation clients. The Senior Account Executive will work in close partnership with the Account Director and other members of each of their account teams to do what we do best and most pride ourselves on - delivering the unexpected in each and every way.
The individual who steps into this role will work remotely from their home office in Miami and be required to regularly support and staff local events like movie premieres, press junkets, film screenings, celebrity meet and greets, influencer activations, and more across Miami-Dade County (often at night and on the weekend, and sometimes on holidays). Overall, this team member may need to support and staff about four to six events each month, with some time periods being busier than others.
