We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Restoration and Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and organized spaces, and want to be part of a company that values hard work and integrity-this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal
• Clean and maintain both residential and commercial properties
• Follow checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients
• Maintain a consistent schedule and report to job sites on time

• Assist Restoration Technicians and Kitchen exhaust hood cleaning technicians

What We're Looking For:

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required-training is provided
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Dependable and able to work independently or with a team
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)

Schedule:
Varied hours, including some evenings or weekends, depending on client needs. We offer flexible scheduling for the right candidate.
