Ace’s Pizza is hiring for an experienced cook at our Williamsburg location. We’re a fast paced high volume kitchen pumping out tons of pizza, and we're looking for a strong candidate to add to our roster.
The ideal candidate would be experienced, fast, and organized with attention to detail. Pizza experience is a plus but not necessary, any high volume restaurant experience welcome. Ability to work the other locations is also a plus (Rockefeller center, Long Island City)
Responsibilities Include:
-Training all stations (pizza table, ovens, salads)
-Light daily prep and knife work
-Opening and closing duties
-Maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness
-Putting away/organizing orders
Requirements:
-1+ years of experience in a HIGH VOLUME kitchen.
-Full availability AM or PM shifts.
-Ability to multi-task with multiple orders coming in at once
-Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) mandatory
