Job Description
Tool & Fastener Sales Professionals are a talented group of individuals that are capable of discovering sales opportunities on a consultative basis and able turn leads into new customers. The Tool and Fastener Sales Professional will play a key role in expanding our sales activities to support our fast-growing business. This position requires that the individual visit customer jobsites on an assigned route to help maximize sales potential in tools, fasteners, PPEs and accessories so our customers can stay onsite.

Essential Inside Sales Functions/Qualifications/Education:
· High energy and a willingness to learn
-Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale; includes taking phone orders, email or other electronic communication and servicing our customers.
-Sell tools, fasteners, PPEs and accessories to end-users.
-Visit customers on routes, showing product and making delivery of orders.
-Stock, organize and maintain Tool and Fastener Van to maximize sales and maintain inventory.
-Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with an impeccable driving record.
-Ability to lift 50 pounds and more than 50 pounds using forklift or other lifting device.
-Able to meet deadlines and create own work schedule
-Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.
-Communicate sales issues with direct manager.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
-Support our company’s foundational values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and other ways that make FBM a company of choice for employees and customers.
-High school diploma
-Bilingual: English/Spanish
-Other duties may be assigned.
