The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the workplace organized, stocked, and running efficiently. A successful candidate must be able to: Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality. Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory; order restocks and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment, including printers, copiers, coffee machines, and kitchen appliances. Ensure communal areas such as break rooms, kitchens, and supply closets are clean, well-stocked, and organized. Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors, deliveries, and building management. Manage office mail, shipping, and receiving processes. Set up workstations for new hires and ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available. Assist with planning and coordinating in-office meetings, events, and team gatherings, including ordering food or supplies. Track and manage office expenses and supply budgets. Enforce office policies and ensure employees adhere to workplace procedures and safety protocols. Support general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, document management, and light scheduling. All other duties assigned. A successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and familiar with office supply ordering systems. Experience coordinating with vendors and managing service contracts. Familiarity with budgeting and tracking office supply costs. Experience in facilities coordination or light space planning is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience managing day-to-day office operations, in a large-scale environment supporting multiple departments. Physical Requirements: This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities.
