What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Replace appliances and maintain windows, doors, and screens
• Assist with snow removal when needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
