We’re looking to hire a Guest Services Specialist for our client who is an American cryptocurrency exchange company.

In this role, you will join the Workplace Experience Team to provide a First Class Office Reception Experience as well as creating Client and Employee onsite events.

• This is a 12 month + opportunity.
• The role is located in San Francisco, CA and is fully onsite.
• Hourly Pay: $27hr.

Responsibilities:

• As the Guest Services Specialist , you will oversee Reception and Visitor Registration, serving as the primary point of contact for Employees and Visitors, ensuring a great first impression with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor the Office Space and Reception to be sure it remains clean, neat and tidy.
• Report all janitorial and maintenance needs.
• Employee Experience & Support Services: Monitor and respond to tickets, emails, and Slacks, routing requests appropriately.
• Provide administrative support for the Workplace Experience Team including organization and management of office supplies, and meeting coordination.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Hospitality and/or Reception type roles.
• Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and calm demeanor.
• Previous experience with Event Assistance (50 - 100 people).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Substantial knowledge and experience using Google suite and Slack.
• College Degree preferred.
