Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Description

Position Description: EnFin seeks an experienced and energetic Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to assist with financial planning and risk analysis for the solar financing team. This high-visibility role involves financial modeling, analysis of profitability, cash flow, liquidity, risk management, and accounting treatment of loan receivables. The candidate should be collaborative, detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced in fintech lending. The position is based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage financial analysis activities, including modeling and reporting.
• Develop key business models such as loan forecasts, P&L, and cash flow.
• Monitor financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead P&L forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Generate loan contract and sales forecasts and analysis.
• Manage workflows for internal approvals and communication.
• Participate in budget planning with payment processing teams.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Korean bilingual.
• CPA or accounting firm experience.
• Experience in fintech or B2B2C lending sectors.
• 2+ years in accounting-related roles.
