Event Marketing Manager

Are you a creative and results-driven event marketing professional? We're looking for a passionate Event Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic event programs that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with key industry audiences.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping memorable in-person and virtual event experiences that drive engagement and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Plan and manage engaging first-party and third-party events, including conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, and exclusive client gatherings.
Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure seamless execution.
Design and optimize lead capture strategies, ensuring effective post-event follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
Analyze event performance by tracking key metrics, measuring ROI, and using insights to refine future events.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to maximize event impact and ensure seamless execution.
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new event opportunities that keep the brand competitive and innovative.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in event marketing with a proven track record of success.
Expertise in event planning and execution, including logistics, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
Strong project management skills—you thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Creative thinker who can craft engaging experiences that resonate with audiences.
Bonus points if you have experience with event technology platforms and a passion for AI.
Knowledge of generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and innovation in marketing processes.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.

Compensation & Work Environment:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience).
Location: Preferably onsite in the Bay Area for four days per week, but there is some flexibility.
