Join one of the nation's leading healthcare systems as an Epic OpTime/ Anesthesia Analyst and provide intermediate level support to health professionals by facilitating assessment of current practice and translation of end user needs into the optimal configuration of clinical applications! As an Epic OpTime/ Anesthesia Analyst, you will use your expertise to support health professionals by facilitating and coordinating clinical process redesign, system build, system testing, and implementation of Epic OpTime / Anesthesia electronic medical records within Epic implementation or upgrade project. The ideal candidate has experience in the following areas: • Collaborating with end users to design, build and optimize their Epic system in a timely and high-quality manner• Working with users to assess needs, monitor data, implement system updates, and analyze systems for performance issues.• Ensuring appropriate decisions, follow-up questions, and workflows/configuration clarifications are completed and documented• Facilitating communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications• Contributing to Epic upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases; troubleshoot problems and questions from end users• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system needs to develop recommendations for customers• Adhering to organization standards for system configuration and change control• Troubleshooting and/or resolving application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate Hours: 40 hours a week-M-F 8 AM - 5 PM (6-12 months) Pay: $75+/hour Location: Nationwide - remote -These contracts typically require onsite work during the Go-Live phase of the project which may be two to four weeks at a time This position offers: • An excellent pay structure and highly competitive wages• Top-notch benefits from day one including over 90% company-paid employee medical premiums, dental, vision, 401k match, HSA match, PTO, and holidays• The opportunity to convert from contract to permanent after 90 days• A positive company culture and room to grow!
