**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Perform Damage Mechanism Reviews (DMRs) based on process chemistries, operating parameters, materials, and corrosion mitigation methods employed by clients.
+ Analyze inspection, operational, and environmental data to assess condition of fixed equipment and piping systems.
+ Consult internal and external clients regarding effective corrosion control strategies including monitoring and inspection activities.
+ Prepare corrosion related documents such as Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs) and Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs).
+ Assist with developing adequate inspection strategies targeting damage mechanisms.
+ Provide material selection, corrosion, inspection planning and fabrication expertise for client projects.
+ Assist in developing internal process standardization for DMR.
+ Develop and deliver internal and external training to support materials, welding, inspection, and corrosion engineering requirements.
+ Support in development of Mechanical Integrity programs including writing procedures, performing assessments, and overseeing of program implementation
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ B.S. in engineering, mathematics or pure science discipline
+ 5+ years of corrosion engineering experience in the refining/petrochemical industries for static equipment
+ Experience in Risk-Based Inspection programs
+ In-depth knowledge of API 571, 580, and 581
+ Knowledge of API 510, 570, 579, and 653 is an advantage
+ Knowledge of ASME VIII Div. 1 & 2, and ASME B31 codes is an advantage
+ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access etc.)
+ Working knowledge of RBI software (PCMS, Capstone, API RBI, Tischuk, S-RBI) is an advantage
+ Expected travel of approximately 20%
