Requirements

Contract Coordinator: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a Contract Coordinator to review and set up all financial contracts from customers as they come in. This person works closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that approved agreements are profitable. The Contract Coordinator also stays in constant contact with customers to ensure all invoices are paid in an organized and timely manner. Top deliverables to deliver in the first year to be a hero:

• Review and set up all new agreements
• Work closely with sales and operations to ensure profitability and success of all existing agreements
• Process contract requests from the field via location update emails
• Help to keep a clean record of contacts and billing customers
• Work closely with customers to ensure invoices are correct and submitted through proper channels.

The Contract Coordinator role reports to Alex Borishkevich/ Project Accounting Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have…

• Expertise in contract and invoice handling processes
• Understanding of GAAP and Accounting regulations
• Minimum three years of accounting experience using accounting software programs, or two years of education in accounting.

Benefits

Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 Annually
